Meeting Mama is a community for moms, offering guided postpartum groups, where new moms can go for real answers, and connect with others in the same stage of life they are in. We provide a safe and supportive space for every new mom to navigate their fourth trimester, and feel confident throughout their postpartum journey.

Our team of experts is here to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to care for your newborn. From breastfeeding support to sleep training, we offer access to extensive resources to help you feel confident and prepared.
Now offered for moms in any stage of life, get the accountability and guidance you need to feel like your best self. Lauren works 1:1 with clients to create a long-term vision, and weekly action plans to achieve your goals, whatever they may be!
