6-Week Postpartum Support Group
For new moms with babies in arms (0–12 months)
A safe, warm, and intentionally small group for new moms navigating the fourth trimester and beyond. Each week we meet for 90 minutes of open conversation, practical tools, and real connection — including one dedicated session with a local birth professional.
We cover what nobody else is talking about — your nervous system, your identity shift, your body, your relationships, and how to build the village you actually need.
This is not just a class. It's a community.

What started as a 6-week postpartum support group has grown into a trusted local resource — two years, 150+ moms, and a curriculum built from real conversations about what moms actually need.
